Prize Draw Promotion

By entering our prize draw (“Promotion”), you confirm that you accept the below terms and that you agree to comply with them as well as our general terms and conditions available here. If you do not agree to the terms, you must not use our Promotion. The terms ‘us’, ‘our’ or ‘we’ refer to Deferit Pty Ltd, the owner of the platform, whose registered office is located in New South Wales. The terms ‘you’ or ‘your’ refer to you as the product user.

  1. You may only use our Promotion if you are a registered user with Deferit and we have made the promotion available to you.
  2. Subject to your compliance with the terms of the Promotion, when you refer a friend and they sign-up to Deferit, upload a bill and pay the first instalment, you will go into the prize draw to win a cash prize of $ 2000 during the Promotion Period.
  3. The Promotion Period runs from 24 February 2022 to 31 March 2022.
  4. The prize draw will take place on 21 March 2022, and the winner will be notified by email or text message.
  5. We may also publish the winner’s first name and the first initial of their surname on our website. In the event you are the winner of the prize draw, you consent to your name being published as described above.
  6. Payment of the prize money will be made to the winner’s nominated Australian bank account.
  7. You may enter the prize draw as many times you like by referring more than one friend. Each referral is one entry into the prize draw.

Prohibited Use

You may only use our Promotion in good faith. You may not:

  1. use the Promotion in any way that breaches any applicable laws; or
  2. transmit any unsolicited or unauthorised advertising or promotional material or any other form of similar solicitation (spam).

Data Protection

You represent and warrant to us that you have obtained the express consent from the individuals whose data you provide us with.

Abuse Of The Promotion Terms

We have the right to invalidate your entry into the Promotion if (in our reasonable discretion) we suspect that you have not used the Promotion in good faith or have breached this Agreement.

Changes To These Terms

We may revise these terms at any time by amending this page.

Changes To The Promotion

We reserve the right to:

  • amend, alter or change the Promotion at any time, with notice; and
  • terminate the Promotion at any time, with notice.
