Promotion Terms - 10% Discount

By using our Promotion you confirm that you accept the below terms and that you agree to comply with them, as well as our general terms and conditions available here. If you do not agree to the terms, you must not use our Promotion. The terms ‘us’, ‘our’ or ‘we’ refer to Deferit Pty Ltd, the owner of the platform, whose registered office is located in New South Wales. The terms ‘you’ or ‘your’ refer to you as the product user.

  1. You may only use our Promotion (“Promotion”) if you are a registered user with Deferit and we have made the promotion available to you.
  2. Subject to your compliance with the terms of the Promotion, you will receive 10% off your next bill amount (that is the amount you choose to defer with Deferit) if you refer two friends who sign-up, upload, and pay their first instalment of their bills with Deferit.
  3. The Promotion Period runs from 24 February 2022 until 31 March 2022.
  4. Once you become eligible (by referring two friends) you will receive the 10% discount off the next bill you upload. The discount will be applied on the final payment instalment amount of that bill.
  5. This Promotion is not redeemable for cash.

Prohibited Use

You may only use our Promotion in good faith. You may not:

  1. use the Promotion in any way that breaches any applicable laws; or
  2. transmit any unsolicited or unauthorised advertising or promotional material or any other form of similar solicitation (spam).

Data Protection

You represent and warrant to us that you have obtained the express consent from the individuals whose data you provide us with.

Abuse Of The Promotion Terms

We have the right to refuse to give you the 10% discount if (in our reasonable discretion) we suspect that you have not used the Promotion in good faith or have breached this Agreement.

Changes To These Terms

We may revise these terms at any time by amending this page. Continued use of the Promotion shall amount to acceptance of the Agreement in effect at that time.

Changes To The Promotion

We reserve the right to:

  • amend, alter or change the Promotion at any time, with notice; and
  • terminate the Promotion at any time, with notice.
