Western Union Customer Offer – Terms & Conditions

These Offer Terms & Conditions (“Offer Terms”) apply to the Western Union customer promotional offer (the “Offer”) for Deferit services and are in addition to Deferit’s Terms and Conditions of Service (including the E-SIGN Consent Agreement) and Privacy Policy (collectively, “Deferit Terms”). If there is any conflict between these Offer Terms and the Deferit Terms, the Deferit Terms prevail. All other matters are governed by the Deferit Terms.

1) Sponsor and Partner

The Offer is provided by Deferit, Inc. (“Deferit”). Western Union is not the provider of Deferit services and is not responsible for Deferit’s products, customer support, or performance of services.

2) Eligibility

To be eligible, you must:

• Be a U.S. resident and at least 18 years old;
• Meet Deferit’s standard eligibility requirements; and
• Be a Western Union customer and access Deferit through a Western Union–provided link or promotion (the “WU Qualification”).

Limit: One Offer redemption per person. Deferit may refuse or revoke the Offer if it reasonably believes you are attempting to redeem multiple times or otherwise abuse the Offer.

3) Offer Description

Eligible customers may receive: access to a higher starting available balance, subject to these Offer Terms.

Important: Any available balance, approval amount, or other service limits are determined by Deferit and may vary based on eligibility checks and other factors. The Offer does not guarantee approval for any specific amount or bill.

4) How to Redeem

To redeem the Offer, you must:

• Create a Deferit account through the Western Union landing page during the Offer Period; and
• Complete any required onboarding steps and comply with the Deferit Terms.

If you do not follow the required redemption method, the Offer may not apply.

5) Offer Period; Changes

The Offer is available from March 1, 2026 to December 31, 2026 (the “Offer Period”), unless earlier modified or discontinued by Deferit. Deferit may change, suspend, or end the Offer at any time, to the extent permitted by law. Changes will not affect benefits already granted, unless required for fraud prevention, compliance, or as otherwise permitted by law.

6) Limits and Exclusions

The Offer may not be combined with other promotions, referral credits, or discounts unless explicitly stated by Deferit.

The Offer may not apply to:

• Certain bill types, billers, or payment methods;
• Transactions flagged for risk, fraud, or policy violations.

Additional service limits may apply under the Deferit Terms.

7) Fraud, Abuse, and Cancellation

Deferit may deny, suspend, or revoke the Offer for suspected fraud, abuse, or violation of these Offer Terms or the Deferit Terms, including creating multiple accounts or providing misleading information.
