About Coweta County Water & Sewerage Authority
Coweta County Water & Sewerage Authority (CCWSA) was established by the Georgia General Assembly in 2001 and received ownership and operation of the water and sewer systems from Coweta County on June 6, 2007. CCWSA operates the B.T. Brown Water Treatment Plant, which draws from the 300+ acre B.T. Brown Reservoir and is capable of pumping 7.7 million gallons of water per day, and also provides wastewater collection and treatment services.
