While suspended you cannot make or receive calls, texts, or use data, though you can still call 611 and 911. Pay within 60 days of your last pay date to keep your number, otherwise the account is canceled. A Reactivation Fee of $5 (single-line) or $15 (multi-line) applies, and the day you pay becomes your new due date.
