Payment Extension: Qualifying customers can request up to 5 extra days to pay online (3 days via phone). You must pay the full extended balance by 5 p.m. CST on the new due date to be protected from disconnection. AutoPay-enrolled accounts, accounts with existing arrangements, or accounts with 2 or more past-due bills are not eligible.
Deferred Payment Arrangement: Customers experiencing financial hardship may spread their balance across up to 4 monthly invoices. You must continue paying current charges each billing period. Missing a payment voids the arrangement and blocks future arrangements for 12 months.
Pick-A-Date: Choose the date your bill is due each month to align with your pay schedule.
