Fort Bend County Municipal Utility District No. 23 is a governmental entity established in 1978 by the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality. The district provides water, sanitary sewer, and drainage infrastructure, along with waste and recycling collection services, to approximately 1,303 acres in Fort Bend County, serving six communities including Andover Farms, Cambridge Falls, Teal Run, and Winfield Lakes.
