How to Pay Your JEA Bill
- Online: Pay via jea.com using credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Amex - subject to vendor fee as of Nov 2024) or bank account transfer.
- Phone: Call JEA customer service at 904-665-6000 (weekdays 7am-6pm).
- Auto-Pay: Set up automatic bank draft on your due date, or pre-schedule payments up to 30 days in advance online.
- Mail: Mail payment to JEA, PO Box 45047, Jacksonville FL 32232.
- In-Person: Pay at Publix stores (7am-10pm daily, posts within 30 min), Western Union at Walmart, cash at Winn-Dixie/Harveys (6am-10pm daily, posts within 30 min), or JEA authorized payment locations.
