Failure to pay by the due date on the billing statement (including checks returned for insufficient funds) may result in a late payment or service charge and the suspension or disconnection of all services and removal of equipment. If you have more than one Spectrum account, all services at all locations may be suspended if any one account remains delinquent. To resume service after a suspension you may be subject to reconnection fees, and after termination Spectrum may charge installation, service-call, or activation fees in addition to past-due charges.
